Our Boca Ciega Bay waterfront property has water channel access to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is located just 200 feet from a beautiful beach. The hotel was renovated in 2000 and includes a 2 story motel, 2 apartment buildings and the club house. In addition it has a swimming pool, 50' of bay water access with large T-shape fishing/boat dock, outside BBQ area, apartments Court Yard and parking lot with 21 parking spaces.
